The orchestra opened the Festival Gala Concert for Newpark Academy of Music at the new recital hall in the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
We played a showcase of five pieces:
- Jazz Waltz 2 by D. Schostakovich
- Deborah’s Theme from Once Upon a Time in the West by E. Morricone
- Ode to Joy by L van Beethoven
- Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana by P. Mascagni
- La Vie En Rose by E. Piaf and L. Armstrong
